Service Review Survey

BHA are undertaking a review of our current services to ensure that we continue to give our residents the best possible service we can.

We would greatly appreciate it if you could take the time to complete our online survey – this has been sent out to your email address from Andrew Wilson (andrew76sticks@hotmail.com), who is conducting this survey for us.

The answers residents give us will shape the service and inform us of what you need and expect from us as your landlord, so we really need as many responses as possible.

Residents who complete the survey will be entered into a prize draw for a £50 voucher for a store of their choice. The draw will take place next week, so please complete the survey as fast as you can!
