Applying for housing

Prospective tenants:

We work closely with Islington Council to ensure that our homes are let quickly and fairly.

We only take nominations for lettings from Islington Council. If you are interested in renting one of our properties, you should contact the council and ask to be put on their waiting list.

Barnsbury Housing Association do not operate a waiting list for letting homes.

Barnsbury HA operate some key worker housing throughout our housing stock.

Thinking about moving home?

If you’re a Barnsbury Housing Association resident and feel that your home is no longer suitable for your needs, please our Housing Manager, Asif Mahmood.

We can provide you with help and advice to find an alternative home and to consider other housing options that may be available to you.
