Estate walkabout
Do you have any ideas for improving your estate?
Residents are actively encouraged to join our housing and maintenance staff on regular inspections of their local neighbourhood. Together we look out for anything making our properties and your shared areas look untidy or unsafe or that we agree could be improved.
An action plan is drawn up after each walkabout detailing repair and maintenance issues identified during the walkabout.
