Have a helpful suggestion or idea?

At our larger estates and housing schemes you will soon find a suggestion box where you can post your ideas and suggestions for improving our housing service.

The boxes will be at:

outside 60 Morland Mews on the Morland Mews estate
Claringbull Court, in the main lobby area
the bungalow at Rolands Road (Highbury View)
in the main entrance at Milner Square
in the main entrance at Beech Tree Close.

The boxes are emptied weekly and all suggestions entered onto a spreadsheet held on our central system.

The spreadsheet is regularly reviewed with appropriate action taken in response to each and every idea and suggestion.
