Applying for housing

Prospective tenants:

We work closely with Islington Council to ensure that our homes are let quickly and fairly.

We only take nominations for lettings from Islington Council. If you are interested in renting one of our properties, you should contact the council and ask to be put on their waiting list.

Barnsbury Housing Association do not keep a waiting list for letting homes.

Key worker housing

We have some homes we let to key workers.

July 2024 update: We have no vacancies right now and our waiting list is full so are not accepting new applications.

If you’re a Barnsbury Housing Association resident and feel your home is no longer suitable for your needs, please contact housing manager Asif Mahmood.

We can provide you with help and advice to find an alternative home and to consider other housing options that may be available to you.
