Annual report 2024 to 2025 and winter newsletter hot off the press
Our annual report for 2024/25 and our winter 2025 tenants newsletter are now out and in the post to all our residents.
The annual report includes the full results of our latest tenants survey and other performance measures and brings the good news that one-in-three of our tenants can expect a new kitchen over the next five years.
The kitchen upgrade follows a comprehensive survey of all our homes and properties this year by surveyors MLCS3.
In other encouraging results our approval rating for handling cases of antisocial behaviour has jumped from 62.5% to 73%.
Aspects of our service rated less positively included repairs.
Our plans to get the repairs service off to a much stronger start in 2026 include a two-day January repairs blitz, with handyman Steve Woodgates and new contractors Twin Peaks on call for two days, with staff taking reports from residents of outstanding repairs or any not done to standard.
Other perks for residents during the repairs blitz include free DIY for over-70s and a free bulky waste collection from our Barnsbury Mews estate.

Our newsletter includes some lovely pics of our 47th funday this year and profiles of two new staff.
New head of contracts and compliance Rikki Burt has joined us from a much larger housing association while new head of governance Liz Meneghello was previously head of a team scrutinising bank governance and risk management for the Bank of England.
