Annual report to tenants 2025/26

Our annual report for 2025/26 is now out and in the post to all our residents.

The annual report includes our improved repairs service with 99% of emergency repairs and 95% of non-emergency repairs meeting the timeframes for a resolution. 1386 day-today repairs were completed this year!

Rent arrears have fallen from 5.7% to 3.5%, another encouraging statistic! And support for residents was substantial this year, with 94 residents receiving financial support from BHA.

One area that requires improvement is letting times.

Community activity included the 50-year tenant celebration, estate events and a repairs and recycling blitz that completed 43 repairs and arranged 16 follow-up visits.
