Latest Estate Walkabouts reports
Estate walkabouts involve walking around the building and communal areas to identify issues. It is important for us to know what we can improve in the area and hear from residents.
Residents are welcome to join the walkabouts, just turn up at the meeting point or chat to us if you see us walking around.

Do you have any ideas to improve your estate?
Estate Walkabouts allow residents the chance to work alongside Housing and Maintenance Officers to highlight issues in the local area. Residents and officers walk the estate together, looking out for anything that might make the estate look untidy or unsafe, and make a note of it.
