We're introducing some new ways for you to tell us your views and ideas, starting with cuppa and a chat with the leadership team and our new suggestion boxes

Earlier this year, in April, we invited you to pop by to 60 Morland Mews to put to chief executive Susan French and housing and communities director Cheryl Whittle any questions you have about our service and plans direct.

One-to-one talks with senior management

We’re now making this a regular quarterly event. So call in at 60 Morland Mews for a cuppa and a chat if there’s something you want to ask Susan or Cheryl on:

  • 10 October from 10am
  • 19 December from 6pm (with added bonus of a mince pie).

New suggestion boxes

Five new suggestion boxes are going up at all bigger housing schemes for you to post your ideas and suggestions for improving services. Ideas for small tweaks and large both welcome.
