Notice: Morland Mews Parking changes (Phase 1)

We have news about parking improvements happening at Morland Mews.

We have news about parking improvements happening at Morland Mews. Ross Projects will be carrying out the work from Monday 16th October 2023, and it’s expected to take five working days (weather permitting).

During this time, we kindly ask that no cars be parked in the specified areas (Site plan below)

We want to make sure we get it right and we believe that implementing these changes is the first step towards having a better system. We understand the importance of effective parking management on the estate and we want to assure you that we are fully committed to delivering the best service possible.

The scope of work will include:

  • Improved signage and make signs more noticeable.
  • Update all current Road markings.
  • Repair to asphalt at the entrance of the road.
  • New speed bumps where needed.
  • Install bollards to stop unauthorised parking on the pavement areas.
  • Traffic flow plates at the exit of the road.

These changes are the first steps towards having a better system for managing parking with the help of Park Direct UK. We really appreciate your help with the following:

  • Clear the Area: Please move your cars out of the Mews by 9:00 am each morning to allow access for the work to be carried out. If you’re not sure where to park, just let us know. You can return to park your car after 4:00 p.m. each day.
  • Temporary Inconvenience: While the work is going on, there might be some noise and certain areas might be a bit hard to get to. We’re sorry for any trouble this causes, and we thank you for your patience while we do this important work.
  • Stay Safe: For everyone’s safety, please don’t go into the area where the work is or mess with the equipment. Following safety rules will help keep everyone safe.
Please note that there may be changes due to unforeseen circumstances, and we might need to change the plan. Rest assured; we’ll keep you updated about what happens next.
