Resident Satisfaction Survey

Barnsbury Housing Association are carrying out a STAR survey for residents to share their views and feedback.

The purpose of  the survey is to provide Barnsbury with insight into how satisfied residents are with their homes and the services they receive.

Residents should receive the survey in an email this week. The survey should take around ten minutes to complete.

Barnsbury is keen to improve services and to understand what are  the most important issues and priorities for residents.

All residents who complete the survey will be entered into a prize draw. We will select four responses at random for prizes of £50 each.
