Richard makes the list!

BHA’s Senior Caretaker, Richard Bull, was included in 24Housing’s 40 Over 40 List 2019.

This list is to highlight those staff members that make an organisation tick, changed tenants lives and changed the way an organisation works for the better, and that barely scratches the surface of Richard’s fantastic 42 years’ service to BHA and our residents.

it reads: “Richard has been delivering a personalbe and effective service for over 40 years. He has prided himself on fixing things quickly, often within a few hours of being notified of a problem. A resident satisfaction survey rated the repairs service at 88% and the caretakeing service at 97%. Also a tenant, Richard’s knowledge of the association’s properties continues to save BHA time and money. staff benefit from his experience, allowing great service to be delivered to residents.”
