Stock Condition Survey

With an ageing stock, it is important that we are able to budget accurately so we can set aside enough money to keep our properties in good order.

The surveys will be carried out during July and FFT will be on our estates then to inspect all of the blocks.

If they need to get access to your home, FFT will send a separate letter with a date when surveys are being carried out in your street/block and the name of the surveyor. We would stress that you should not take time off work, or wait in for a surveyor to call, as FFT do not need to visit every property.

Please note that not every house and flat will need to be inspected and FFT will not be contacting everyone, as the surveys are being done on a sample of our properties.
