Our service standards
Up to standard? Our new service standards make clear the standard you can expect from us or anyone acting on our behalf.
Nine of these standards focus on specific services such as repairs and tenancy management, setting out what you can expect from us on everything from timescales to flexibility.
About our service standards sets out the basics: what you should be able to expect from all our services. It also tells you how we check our service standards are working, test satisfaction with each service and how we compare our ratings with other those of other housing services.
All of our staff have helped draw up these standards. We have run them past our resident panel and board members. We think they set the bar high. You’ll be the best judge of that.
