Governance

At BHA we understand that good governance is vital to our success.

Our Board

Our team of voluntary Board members work together to direct and lead BHA and ensure that we deliver our vision of providing a great service and more affordable homes. The Board meets five times a year plus an annual Board Strategy Day.

There are two sub-committees of the Board:

Audit & Risk Committee (ARC)

Chaired by Aaron Elliott, ARC meets four times a year and is responsible for finances and ensuring that we properly manage risk.

Governance & Remuneration Committee (GRC)

Chaired by Nancy Korman, GRC meets at least twice a year and is responsible for effective governance.
