January 2021 Lockdown – Letter to residents

In response to the January 2021 lockdown, BHA has written to residents on how our service will adapt and how they can get any support they might need.

It contains the latest news of BHA’s services, such as repairs and maintenance, housing management and debt and welfare advice.
