We are available from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday

Every second Tuesday we hold a team meeting between 11am and 12 noon. During this time no staff will be available.

We are a small team so there may be other occasions when we are briefly away from the phones.

If your call is not answered during normal working hours, including our team meeting, please leave a message and we will respond promptly.

We are closed at the weekend and during bank holidays.

Highbury View emergencies outside office hours

If there is an emergency, please press your pendant or pull the pullcord for immediate help from Linkline.

An experienced call taker will answer and can quickly arrange the emergency help you need.

If there is a fault with this system, such as the alarm ringing continuously or not going through to the Linkline team, please call Islington Council’s telecare care team on 020 7527 5456.

Please do not call Colette as she will not be available outside office hours.

This service is available for you to report emergency repairs from Monday to Friday between 5.30pm and 9.30am or 24/7 at weekends, on bank holidays and during the Christmas and New Year break.

The service is run for us by Islington & Shoreditch Housing Association.

One of its team will call you back promptly to assess the problem.

If they agree it is an emergency they will send someone out to make the problem ‘safe’ until our office reopens.
