Office hours: Monday – Friday 9.30am-5.30pm (closed between 1:00pm – 2:00pm for lunch).
Outside office hours you can report emergencies to our out-of-hours service run for us by Islington & Shoreditch HA:
Monday – Friday (from 5.30pm to 9.30am the next morning), bank holidays and weekends: 0300 131 7300
Before you report your repair
1) Make sure you’re available for your appointment
Appointments are offered in either morning (between 8.30am and 12pm) or afternoon (between 1pm and 4pm) timeslots.
2) Repair responsibilities
Residents have some responsibility to carry out their own repairs. To find out more about who is responsible for your repair, please click here.
3) Repair timescales
When you report a repair to us, we’ll offer you an appointment within an appropriate timeslot. The timescale for carrying out your repair will depend on the type of repair you need. Click here to find out more about BHA’s timescales for carrying out repairs.
