We regularly review our repairs service, looking for ways to improve how well we respond when you call to report a problem in your home we need to fix.

Your feedback is essential to this. It also helps us check that we and our contractors working for us are keeping to the high standard we expect.

After your repair is completed we’d very much appreciate your taking the time to share your views on how well, or otherwise, you thought your repair was handled.
